SPP staff worked with composting practitioners at The Washington Corrections Center to develop a composting manual to aid in composting food waste. These protocols aim to provide a guide for food waste collection, food waste processing, bokashi, and vermiculture. This manual is designed for use in the corrections environment, but may be useful to other facilities, organizations, or individuals.
